EU Soil Day

Ahead of the European Mission Soil Week that will take place in Madrid on 21-23 November, the EU Soil Day aims to et the scene of the EU Soil agenda to protect and restore soils and ensure their sustainability, providing an update on the Mission ‘A Soil Deal for Europe’ and learning about EU funding programmes supporting solutions.

Organised by the Region of Murcia, with the support of the EU Spanish Presidency, and together with the ERRIN Network, the HUMUS project, the Spanish Office for Science and Technology – SOST CDTI, and several EU funded projects related to Soil challenges to ensure the interest and success of this initiative; this event will be an opportunity to have a complete overview both from the policy and projects point of view, with a specific regional and local approach.
